May 21: Internet services are unavailable due to weather-related issues since 7pm yesterday. These were resolved by the vendor at approximately 9:00am.
May 9 4:30pm-5pm: Internet service interruption for firewall upgrade.

11am: Google services should all be working now.
9am: Google Mail service has already been restored for some users, and they expect a resolution for all users in the near future.
8am: GoogleApps is unavailable. Google support will let us know when the server issue is fixed.
Apr 4: Ingham ISD is currently experiencing a data center power outage. Due to this outage there is no access to services such as PowerSchool, Moodle, REMCBids, etc. They will have services restored later today.
Apr 4: SCS onsite wireless equipment will be updated this morning. Intermittent outages and server interruptions will occur today, during spring break.
Mar 20: Zenworks application management errors. Until this is fixed, please "cancel" the extra Zenworks login that appears and plan to use actual web browser favorites for icons that are not appearing. These links can be found in the Useful Links sections on the building pages. The Staff Links tab is at the top of the District home page.
Feb: HS & MS cable TV digital conversion by WOW vendor techs continues.
Feb 18 5-7pm: The PowerSchool system will be unavailable while Ingham ISD works on their server systems.
Feb 11 9:30am: Power outage in Districts; services appear to be restored now at 10:45am and servers are coming back online.
Feb 8 4pm: The PowerSchool system will be unavailable one hour while Ingham ISD works on their server systems. The work is scheduled to start at 4pm and should be completed by 5pm.
Feb 5: HS & MS cable TV access will be interrupted while our WOW vendor converts to a digital signal. Adapters will be installed in classrooms. As soon as the vendor conversion is complete, we should have our cable channels restored.
Jan 29 4pm: PowerSchool server updates until 4:30pm. Office, Teacher, and Portal features are unavailable during this time.
Jan 26 7:30am: Internet access to/from onsite SCS systems will be unavailable for about 3 hours for offsite vendor maintenance. This interruption will likely start in the morning. This means that all onsite web equipment will be unavailable from offsite devices (Meal Magic, Destiny Library, Versatrans transpo, and Panthernet.net website systems); there also will be no outbound Internet access from onsite computers/devices. GoogleApps cloud-based systems, including email, will be available from offsite only.
Jan 24 4pm: PowerSchool server updates until 4:30pm. Office, Teacher, and Portal features are unavailable during this time.
Jan 2-3: technology maintenance and upgrades during Tues-Wed, Jan 2 and Jan 3, 2013. During this time all on-site services (printing, file access, Internet access, logins, etc.) and on-site computers may not be usable intermittently throughout the day. We will be coordinating specific downtimes only with Central Office staff who are scheduled to work.
Dec 5 - 4pm: PowerSchool server updates until 4:30pm. Office, Teacher, and Portal features are unavailable during this time.
Dec 2 - 2:30pm: Most SCS building services are restored; please check your rooms and equipment when you're back in.
Dec 1 - 11:30pm: Power outage in community.
Nov 13 5:30pm: Internet access has been restored.
Nov 12: Internet access to/from SCS systems became unavailable during the afternoon on Nov 10. A microwave tower's dish/equipment has been identified as the problem, and our Internet vendor is working on this. Email delivery has been delayed to "panthernet.net" addresses. Due to tower safety and current weather conditions, the dish could not be fixed. We will notify staff and users when Internet access is again available from onsite computers.
Oct 23 8am: the PowerSchool server is available.
Oct 22 7:30p: The SCS PowerSchool server became unavailable this evening and our local ISD is working on the issue. We'll notify users when it's available again.
